Challenge: To establish and maintain consistent relationships with current and potential customers in highly targeted groups crossing industries and corporate functions all over the U.S. The publications need to target the various practice group markets, while maintaining a cohesive voice and look encompassing the entire firm.

Solution: Launching off of the success of the first newsletter designed by Publishing Resources, The Policyholder Advisor, newsletters and alerts were created with a similar look and feel for an identifiable brand. The publications are available free by mail (print), email (PDF), or online which also increases their national exposure.

Result: Anderson Kill & Olick attorneys are able to publish articles based on their respective expertise on a regular basis throughout the year to a highly targeted market with no geographical boundaries. This serves to expand their exposure and enhance their reputation, and subsequently grow their client base. The publications also serve as a vehicle to advertise the firm’s seminars and conferences and therefore increasing attendance. The program is now entering its fourteenth year with a solid record of steady growth in every benchmark.

The Publishing Resources team understands our priorities and works well with our team to meet tough deadlines. The results have been great as we have greatly expanded our program over the years to add more publications and seminars.
